< RM 300k: (without MRTA) B -1.9, (with MRTA) B -2.15%
> RM 300k: (without MRTA) B -2.2, (with MRTA) B - 2.3%
> RM 500k: (without MRTA) B -2.35, (with MRTA) B - 2.4%
Note:
1. Mortgage insurance: MRTA must has at least RM 30,000 sum insured, coverage of at least first 5 yrs.
2. Rate: Special rate which lower than B - 2.4% can be granted to loan amount > RM 500k, with MRTA fully insured. Subject to restrictive terms and conditions.
3. Full Flexi package: monthly maintenance charges of RM 10, setup fee of RM 200.
4. Lock in period: 3 yrs, first drawdown
